J.T. Holden, Jr. & Sons, Inc. is a family owned and operated business, located in Holden Beach, North Carolina.  We have over 15 years experience in new construction and take pride in each of our homes!  We originally began building new homes in Maryland and relocated to Brunswick County in 1996.  We love living in the coastal area, which is continuing to grow and has so much to offer.  It offers a beautiful place to vacation, retire, live, play and work!  You will recognize our work in several residential communities.We have completed many homes in Waterscape and Sea Aire Estates.
