It only took a few minutes after meeting Johnny Holden to decide he was the right person to build our home on the intracoastal waterway. The quality of his work, his business integrity, and his easy-going manner all combined to make the design we had on paper and in our heads become a reality. We would certainly have him do any further construction projects we may have in the future. Little did we know that the day we met Johnny and chose him as our contractor we were gaining a friend as well.

Building 150 miles from home presents many challenges, the most crucial being that of choosing a builder.
